On their newest project “Nightshift“ Frankfurt-based producers Axelente and Newport showcase organic and versatile grooves, a jazzy atmosphere as well as a fresh, multifaceted approach to sampling and beatmaking. Axelente, in charge of the first four tracks, takes you on a jazz-infused ride through nighttime downtown. On his side of the project, Newport builds on the atmosphere of hazy midnight hours though adds an introspective and relaxing touch to the ambitious yet cozy beattape.
