Manila producer and keyboardist RuiijiKun returns with The Quiet Part, his new 10-track album released via Cologne-based label casual low grind. The project will be available digitally and pressed on a limited run of 300 vinyl records.

Following his introspective instrumental project SAMAKA, this new record moves deeper into the intersection of instrumental hip-hop and jazz. With contributions from bassist Mopifish and saxophonist Kim Oki, the album shifts between structured boom-bap beats and loose, more free-form compositions. Across ten tracks, The Quiet Part moves through changing landscapes and themes.
